This website is operated by Bareli. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bareli. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using this site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to order from us. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and not to copy, resell or reproduce any part of the site without our written permission.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price has been listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we’ll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we don’t store your card details.
Our products
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including materials, measurements and gauge. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and pieces set with stones vary slightly, so small differences from the photographs are normal and are not faults.
Our pieces are made from ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium with PVD plating on gold finishes. They are nickel-free and designed for healed piercings.
Piercings and aftercare
Our jewellery is designed for healed piercings. We’re jewellers, not medical professionals, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If your piercing is new, irritated or healing, speak to a professional piercer or a doctor before changing your jewellery. You are responsible for checking that a piece suits your piercing, and we aren’t liable for irritation, infection or injury arising from wearing our jewellery, from a piercing that isn’t fully healed, or from fitting a piece incorrectly.
Shipping and returns
Our shipping policy and our refund and returns policy form part of these terms.
Our liability
We don’t exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be excluded under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photographs, text, designs, logos and product designs — belongs to Bareli and may not be used without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
